Tasting Notes:
The Yirgacheffe is similar to its Limmu brother, only that the Yirgacheffe is a little stronger. It maintains the balanced features, distinctive of the Ethiopian but also has its own brand of sweetness. The aroma is redolent and flowery. The Yirgacheffe tends towards a full body, and a longer lasting after-taste.
